In conformity with the Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 6, GOC would like to notify the market of the following:

GOC Group's issued capital comprises 40,032,792 shares of common stock of par value 0.0003p each. All of these shares carry voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Global Oceanic Carriers Ltd under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
